• Return Address APO: The location for APO 698 for this date is FST.  In the forward of the APO manual, it provided the following description for FST:

  • Finance service terminated i.e. money order and stamp sales discontinued.  APO may operate as “mailing address” afterwards and it may be assumed that such is the case if location and dates are shown subsequent to an “FST” entry.
